Janice Liou is a 700+ hr YTT certified international instructor based in NYC/NJ. She strongly believes that asana (yoga poses) can be a powerful gateway towards self-empowerment and mental liberation. She strives to bridge her students’ mind-body-spirit connection through breath and mindful movement with creative sequences designed to empower by showing the possibility within.
